| |  I'm very satisfied with their services. I live in Vancouver and have never been to Tampa. Michelle had given me much advice during my purchasing process. I was not her client at that time. After I purchased the condo, it only took them two weeks to repair and rent it out. First always answers my emial within a few hours. Their cost control is good. The inspecion company estimated my repair costs at $2700.00, but First repaired it at $1700.00. It is a buyer’s market, at least that’s what they say. What that means is that it is tough to sell if you need or want to. Our family was growing and we needed more space. Like everyone else, our equity took a hit with the market so there was no way we could sell at a reasonable price. The best option after selling was to rent. Fortunately, I was referred to FIRST in Real Estate Services who found a renter for me almost immediately. That was nearly four years ago and I still have nothing but great things to say about their professionalism and the headaches they keep me from having. Kim and Michelle make sure that no stone is left unturned and everyone is happy.

|  Thank you for renting my condominium so quickly! I was so surprised and pleased that you were able to find a renter in only a little over a month. I signed my agreement with you on June 27th and by July 30th my renter had signed a lease. I especially appreciate that you did all the paperwork with the renter while I was out of town on vacation and you never once bothered me about it. What a pleasant surprise to come back from vacation and find out my condo was already rented!
I wish I had come to FIRST in Property Management sooner. I procrastinated because I couldn't decide whether to use a property management firm at all. I tried to advertise the condo myself, and had even shown it several times, all for nothing. If I had come to you sooner, I wouldn't have wasted all those months, losing potential rental income.
You are both so professional and thorough, and I look forward to working with you for a long time to come. I'm glad I chose FIRST in Property Management!
