Make note: with our processing, to be first in line you must put down the security deposit. Our reasoning is to prevent taking fees for applications from multiple people and therefore causing undue stress for paying out so much in app fees. This way you can rest assure you are first in line, and we hold the property during the processing. Should you not be approved by us the deposit is refunded. If we have more than one person that does application fee and security deposit in the same day we will contact both parties to inform them they could lose their app fees should we choose another applicant. We feel this is a fair system for both the public and the Landlord. If you only put in an app fee, we can run your application, but if another party comes behind you with a security deposit they will be considered first in line.
- Security Deposit must be paid online, and separate from any application fees
- Legible copy of Driver's License(s)
- Copy of SS card(s)
- Correct numbers for Landlord (if an apt. complex we need a good fax number to submit the verification of rent)
- Photo of pet with type of breed and weight
- Date you are requesting to move in
- Realtor's name and number along with address and license number
